Dr. Nikita Arora

Born in 1991, Dr. Nikita Arora completed her primary & secondary education from Satluj Public School, Sirsa. She did her M.B.B.S. From M.G.M. Medical College, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra and M.S. Ophthalmology from Mahatma Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Having a keen interest in retina she did Medical Retina Fellowship from HV Desai Eye Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra & further training in Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP)& Paediatric Retinal disorders at Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore and additional training in ROP screening & laser at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.

She works as a comprehensive as well as medical retina specialist at Dr. Praveen Eye Hospital & Research Centre, Sirsa & is a visiting ROP consultant at Patiala Children & Maternity Hospital, Fatehabad. She has a good hold on many procedures like topical phacoemulsification, diabetic retinopathy screening & laser, ROP screening & laser, Intravitreal injections, refractive surgery to name a few.

She is a member of various state and national ophthalmological societies and has various awards in paper & poster presentations at various ophthalmology conferences and has various publications in peer-reviewed journals.
