After completing his initial schooling and pre-medical studies in Kurukshetra, he joined JNM College, A.M.U. Aligarh in 1975 and earned his M.S. in Ophthalmology in 1984. Following a brief tenure at Venu Eye Institute, he became associated with S.R.D. Eye Hospital, Sirsa, before establishing his own eye hospital on Hisar Road, Sirsa, in 1989. A dedicated Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, he possesses advanced surgical expertise in topical phacoemulsification with all types of intraocular lenses, including mono-focal, bifocal, trifocal, and toric lenses. His proficiency also extends to performing Lasik and ICL procedures, as well as Squint and Oculoplastic surgeries. Passionate about his profession, he pursues ophthalmology with unwavering commitment while actively engaging in social service through esteemed platforms such as the Indian Medical Association at both local and state levels, Shree Hanumant Foundation, Thalassemia Welfare Society, and Lions Club. He is the President of the Haryana Ophthalmological Society (HOS) for 2025.

Medical College, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, and her M.S. in Ophthalmology from Mahatma Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan. With a deep interest in retinal diseases, she pursued a Medical Retina Fellowship at HV Desai Eye Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra, followed by advanced training in Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) and Paediatric Retinal Disorders at Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore, as well as additional training in ROP screening and laser at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. Currently, she serves as a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist and Medical Retina Specialist at Dr. Praveen Eye Hospital & Research Centre, Sirsa, and works as a visiting ROP consultant at Patiala Children & Maternity Hospital, Fatehabad. She is also an operating surgeon at Advanced Lasik Laser Centre, Sirsa.
