Dr. Praveen Eye Hospital and Research Centre was established on its own premises at Hisar Road Sirsa on 2nd October 1989. Since its inception, the hospital is growing regularly by adding the latest and useful facilities to pursue its motto of “Fight for Sight”

Starting from intracapsular cataract extraction to extracapsular cataract extraction with PC IOL implantation and then to Phacoemulsification with Foldable, Multifocal, Toric, MICS and all types of intraocular implants are available for cataract- the no.1 cause of blindness in India.

For Glaucoma- the no.2 cause of blindness in India, the hospital has a Non-Contact Tonometer, GAT, Perimeter, OCT and Yag Laser and facilities for Trabeculectomy and other surgeries.

For Retinal Diseases a very important cause of blindness, the hospital has Fundus Fluorescein Angiography, OCT and Green Laser, Vitrectomy etc.

Our Refractive suite at Advanced Lasik Laser Centre boasts of Bladeless I-Lasik Laser, Excimer, Moria SBK Microkeratome, Topography, Wavefront analyzer, Pachymetry. Corneal OCT & C3R systems for Keratoconus.

Keratoplasty services are run with the help of ‘Lions Eye bank’ and Low Vision Aids are also available.

All surgeries are done with the help of the “Haag Streit” Allegra 900 microscope with a video attachment.
For smooth running of OPD services, other equipments available are Chair Units, Autorefractor, Synoptophore and all types of contact lenses like soft, RGP and Ortho K Lenses.

Along with other ophthalmologists, a new hospital, named and styled as Advanced Eyecare Centre, has been established at Water Works Road, Mansa, Punjab.
